Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Coordinator to join our team at a leading Technology School in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing equipment and materials, ensuring safety compliance, and providing support to both instructors and students. This role requires excellent organizational skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to create an efficient and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of workshops, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate procurement, repairs, and maintenance of workshop equipment.
- Prepare workshops before classes, ensuring tools and machines are functional and ready.
- Support instructors by setting up materials and assisting in practical lessons.
- Provide light technical support and guidance to students during project work.
- Ensure all safety protocols, protective equipment, and regulations are followed.
- Assist in developing and maintaining resources for practical training.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure good working order.
- Collaborate with staff to support student projects and group activities.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
- Previous experience in workshop operations, technical support, or training environments.
- Strong knowledge of workshop tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
- Good IT and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
