Job Brief:
The Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the development, implementation, and evaluation of effective curricula and assessment strategies. This individual will collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance the overall learning experience and drive educational excellence.
Experience:
- Experience as an outstanding classroom teacher in UAE
- At least 5 years of experience as a Curriculum & Assessment Coordinator
- Track record of school improvement
- Strong experience in MOE National Curriculum and English National Curriculum is required
- Highly skilled in curriculum planning, with a deep understanding of pedagogical excellence
- Familiarity with the school inspection framework
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Master's Degree in an educational-related field (preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to synthesize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare and present reports effectively
- Excellent presentation skills & desire to build capability in staff
- Excellent fluency in English and Arabic language
Qualification:
A teaching qualification and preferably a Master's Degree in Educational discipline
Benefits:
- Salary: up to AED 25,500 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
- Housing Allowance: AED 90,000 per annum for single individuals and AED 135,000 for families.
- Flights: Annual flight allowance for the employee and family members.
