Gulf Education is looking to expand our team and seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. Gulf Education is a specializes in Education recruitment for Public and Private schools based in the UAE and the Middle East. The Talent Acquisition Manager at Gulf Education is responsible for leading and implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy. This includes creating and implementing processes for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent, as well as designing programs that align with the company's overall business strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the COO and other senior leaders to ensure that the company's talent acquisition efforts are aligned with its overall mission and goals.

  • Develop and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy, which includes recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Design and implement programs to align talent acquisition efforts with the company's overall business strategy and goals.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure that the company's talent acquisition efforts are aligned with its overall mission and goals.
  • Build and manage a team of recruiters, sources, and staffing coordinators
  • Continuously improve the company's talent acquisition processes and programs
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as head-hunters, schools, universities and professional associations to enhance the company's talent acquisition efforts.
  • Coach, mentor and support managers and employees to overcome performance challenges and adapt winning practices to help raise the bar and achieve higher individual and organizational performance.
  • Manage the development of a cost-efficient budget for the talent acquisition team to enable a strong approach in acquiring top talent for clients.
  • Ensure employee assessments are conducted against the set goals, objectives and competencies, and develop a skills gap analysis to map employees and focus on development areas.
  • Manage the activities of direct reports to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner, in line with the department plans, and policies and procedures.
  • Provide input into the preparation and consolidation of the department’s budget and advise line management on risks and opportunities.
  • Implement the opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international leading practice' and changes in business environment, and leveraging insights. This includes managing the related change management efforts.
  • Build dashboards and periodic management reports to reflect Talent Development progress.
  • Ensure that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the department’s requirements, policies and standards Recruitment.
  • Responsible for identifying, developing and managing both new and existing client relationships.
  • Successfully recruit quality C Level positions, teachers, any positions requested for our clients ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Achieving success in business development, building strong relationships with clients based on excellent customer service.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, working with the recruiters, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates to presenting your shortlist and negotiating and closing offers.
  • Develop a strong interview style and skill-sets in keeping with Gulf Education’s approach and with a view to having meaningful dialogue with high caliber candidates.
  • Develop and promote the Gulf Educations brand through word of mouth and social media sharing relevant news, and driving candidate and client engagement.
  • The ability to use social media platforms, job posting websites to market our jobs and our company.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of what is happening in the Education sector of which you recruit.
  • To embody at all times the confidentiality required to work closely with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure accuracy of information on CRM, through regular quality audits and use database in-line with company standards.
  • Maintaining and harvesting our CRM system ensuring only quality candidates are provided to our client schools.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within the education sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Recruitment/HR, preferably in the education sector.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Skills: Knowledge of modern marketing, recruitment techniques, and candidate engagement.
  • Account Management: Strong understanding of client servicing and cultural/technical fit.
  • Proactive Thinking: Ability to think commercially and proactively.
  • Language & Tech: Proficient in English and MS Office.
  • 360 Recruitment: Skilled in business development, resourcing, and process management.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and flexible, with a solutions-oriented mindset for a growing business.
