Responsibilities:

Invoicing: Generate and distribute invoices for tuition fees, extracurricular activities, and other school-related charges accurately and in a timely manner.

Fee Follow-up: Monitor fee payments and follow up with parents or guardians regarding outstanding balances, payment deadlines, and payment arrangements.

Parent Queries: Respond promptly and courteously to parent inquiries regarding invoices, fee schedules, payment options, and any financial matters related to their children education.

Assisting in Audit: Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing financial documents, reconciling accounts, and assisting auditors with inquiries or requests for information.

Financial Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of fee payments, adjustments, and communications with parents regarding financial matters for audit trail and reporting purposes.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports related to invoicing, fee collections, and outstanding balances for school administrators and relevant stakeholders.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and accounting standards in all aspects of invoicing, fee management, and financial interactions with parents.

Systems Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing processes, improve fee collection efficiency, and enhance communication channels with parents regarding financial matters.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other school staff, including administrators, finance team members, and academic staff, to address financial concerns and optimize the overall financial management of the school.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s – Master degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Should have CPA or CA

Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in an educational setting.

Familiarity with invoicing software, accounting systems, and financial databases.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with parents, staff, and auditors.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and documentation.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.

Knowledge of auditing principles and procedures is advantageous.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
