Gulf Education eagerly seeks a vibrant and service-driven individual to fill the role of School Receptionist and Office Administrator for our client’s esteemed British Education school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are in search of a dedicated professional who possesses exceptional communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for administrative detail.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The purpose of the job is to provide a warm welcome to all visitors and incoming callers, alongside a broad provision of administrative support to the school, including:
School Receptionist:
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times;
- Welcome and sign in/out all visitors and parents.
- Receive incoming phone calls/queries from parents and stakeholders.
- Deal with ad-hoc queries.
Office Administrator:
- General administrative activities include the sending of communications to staff and parents, generating/distributing surveys.
- Input/update information in the school MIS in coordination with the Office/Data Manager
- Update the MIS with notified and authorized absences. Follow up with parents when children are absent once registers close each day. Update the registers accordingly.
- Be a trained first aider, to assist with unwell children (we can arrange training), maintain stocks of first aid supplies/documentation/contents of boxes;
- Collate and maintain pupil medical information, onsite medication (including expiry dates), and care plans for children in liaison with the Office/Data Manager
