Gulf Education is seeking a dynamic School Principal to lead a team of educators in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a School Principal, you will provide strategic leadership, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure high academic standards while supporting the development of students and staff. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the school and driving excellence in education.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Planning: Lead site-based planning to develop a school model that aligns with the mission, goals, and beliefs of the school. Create individualized plans for improving student achievement, meeting/exceeding academic standards, and supporting advanced students.
• Curriculum & Instruction: Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional strategies, and assessment design. Lead school improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis and best instructional practices. Coordinate with vertical teams to ensure seamless curriculum delivery across grade levels.
• Instructional Supervision: Supervise teaching staff to ensure rigorous, standards-based instruction. Ensure classroom instruction is aligned with formative and summative assessments to meet student needs.
• Program Oversight: Lead the development of exploratory/elective curriculum (Grades 6-12) or experiential learning (KG/Primary) to provide students with extended learning opportunities.
• School Climate: Establish a positive school culture, articulate the school’s mission to the community, and encourage teacher creativity and accountability for student achievement.
• Administrative Duties: Oversee budgeting, school-sponsored activities, and adherence to the school's policies. Ensure the school meets Educational Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide annual reports on student academic progress, and maintain communication with the school community, staff, and school leadership on operational and academic matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an internationally accredited college or university.
• Has at least 2 years of experience as a Principal in an American IB School
