The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a positive and welcoming impression. The role involves managing the front desk, handling phone calls, coordinating office activities, and providing administrative support to various departments within Gulf Education.
Position Requirement:
Education and Work Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about Gulf Education services. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Communication Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Coordinate courier services and manage outgoing mail.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive image for Gulf Education.
