We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with our high-quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including procurement specialists, designers, suppliers, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule.
- Plan, organize, and direct the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the procurement of required materials and services is within project budget and timelines.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive effective project delivery.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management, and communicate any changes in the project scope, schedule, or costs.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
- Mitigate any potential risks or delays in the project execution, implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and ensure continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the educational supplies or furniture industry.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project, Asana, etc.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
