Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with our high-quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including procurement specialists, designers, suppliers, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule.
2. Plan, organize, and direct the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
3. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the procurement of required materials and services is within project budget and timelines.
4. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive effective project delivery.
5. Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management, and communicate any changes in the project scope, schedule, or costs.
6. Coordinate with various teams and departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
7. Mitigate any potential risks or delays in the project execution, implementing effective solutions.
8. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and ensure continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the educational supplies or furniture industry.
3. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
5. Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project, Asana, etc.
6. Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
7. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
8. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
9. High levels of integrity and professionalism.
