Office and Administration Manager - Riyadh

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office and Administration Manager to lead our administrative team at a prestigious British School in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will oversee all administrative staff, including Receptionists, Registrars, Marketing, and other administrative support departments (excluding Finance). This role involves reporting directly to the Headmaster and providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the school.

Daily Operations Management:

  • Organize and coordinate daily office activities, including reception duties and managing phone calls and emails.
  • Prepare the agenda for the board members before the meetings
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and school events.
  • Maintain and manage academic and administrative records, including student and staff files.
  • Prepare reports and data for school administration.
  • Oversee all the Administration Staff 
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Facilitate communication between various school departments to ensure effective implementation of policies and educational programs.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from parents and students.
  • Procurement and Supplies Management:
  • Handle the purchase and supply of educational and office materials and manage inventory.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices and services.
  • Support for School Activities:
  • Organize school events such as meetings, field trips, and student activities.
  • Assist educational teams in coordinating special projects and events.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Propose and implement procedures to enhance administrative efficiency within the school.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative performance to meet educational and operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
