Our prestigious American IB School in the UAE is seeking dynamic, experienced leaders to join our educational community. We are looking for a Principal and Vice Principal with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in similar roles and a proven track record in the UAE. These leaders will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and operational excellence of our institution, ensuring a world-class education for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Principal:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.
• Oversee all academic and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with IB standards and American curriculum requirements.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes student achievement and staff professional growth.
• Collaborate with parents, community members, and external stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation and effectiveness.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment.

Vice Principal:

• Support the Principal in the daily operations and management of the school.
• Lead and manage academic programs, including curriculum development, teacher evaluations, and student assessments.
• Address and resolve student behavioral issues and support a positive learning environment.
• Oversee staff development and training programs to ensure high teaching standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role (Principal, Vice Principal, Section Principal) within an IB or American curriculum school.
• Proven track record of improving student outcomes and leading school improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IB philosophy and American educational standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.
