Successful teachers will be fully trained and certified to teach the IB Curriculum. The school encourages its students to learn in a hands-on manner, incorporating an inquiry-based learning model into its teaching and learning. Students are encouraged to lead lessons, ask questions, and take ownership of their own learning.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in the subject matter (Master’s Degree is preferred)
- A Teaching License or equivalent (PGCE, B.Ed, M.Ed).
- At least two years of teaching experience; IB curriculum experience is preferred.
- Native English Speakers are a must for KG and Primary positions.
- Non-Native English Speakers: Valid Academic IELTS completion with at least a 7.5 score.
