Job Title: HR Coordinator

Gulf Education is seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the school's human resources functions and managing procurement activities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.

Implement and enhance HR policies and procedures.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost-efficiency.

Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value for goods and services.

Prepare and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with school policies.

Evaluate supplier performance and establish strong vendor relationships.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR management and procurement roles.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and procurement regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-
UAE School experience is a MUST.
