We are urgently hiring a skilled HR Administrator for a newly opened technical school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate must be located in Al Ain and is able to join immediately.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for:

Carrying out the day-to-day operational and administrative HR tasks and duties of the school, such as maintaining personal records, files and database, interpretation and application of employee relations manual, payroll update, employment processes and contracts.

Ensuring that adequate controls, procedures and policies are in place for all activities within HR and ensure prompt and efficient delivery of personnel and administration services.

Liaising with Central Head of Human Resources to ensure consistent application of Human Resources Policies of the school.

Providing general supervision, provides and oversees a diverse range of support activities, which require specialized knowledge and comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational skills.

Participating in operational planning and coordinates the development and administration of operating policies and procedures.
Experience and Qualifications:

A BA or High Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration

Fluent in English and Arabic written and verbal communication is mandatory.

Minimum of 3-6 years experience in Human Resources or Personnel Management, preferably in a school setting

Knowledgeable with UAE labor laws and ADEK licensing procedures

Literate with computerized operating software, word, and excel
