We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Arabic Principal for a new school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing a school, as well as experience with the UAE curriculum.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation and management of the school.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the school, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and community outreach.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE laws and regulations, including those related to curriculum, student safety, and finances.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of all teachers and staff.
- Build positive relationships with parents, students, and the community.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including parents, staff, and government officials.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the school's performance.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Education Management and/or Administration.
- Extensive leadership skills and relevant experience is a must.
- With IB Curriculum experience.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
- Can start immediately.
