Students follow a rigorous course of study. The institute provides faculty and students with state-of-the-art facilities and resources.
They have schools located in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Gharbia, and Sharjah. Should you be successful, you will be informed which school you will be working in before you sign the contract.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary - AED 11,998 - 13,995 AED Per month
- Housing Allowance - AED 9,280(Married) - 7,424 AED (Single)
- Education Allowance - Tuition allowance for maximum 3 children
- Ticket Allowance - Employee, Spouse & upto 3 children
- Health Insurance - Employee, Spouse & upto 3 children
- Relocation Allowance - AED 20,000 paid in two installments.
- Vacation - Paid summer & National holidays
Education Requirements :
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant subject area.
Experience Required :
- Minimum of 3 years relevant high school English teaching experience at a recognized educational Institute.
- Successful teaching and assessment experience in a range of areas within the specific discipline (s)
- Ability to use student centered teaching strategies
- Highly developed classroom management skills
- Extensive knowledge of curriculum and related assessment practices within the specific discipline(s)
- Excellent communication, liaison and interpersonal skills
- Proven willingness to work effectively and to contribute in a team environment
- Proven ability to implement & evaluate high quality education & training programs to meet customer needs
- Knowledge of relevant policy and educational developments in vocational education and training
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and capacity to work effectively in a workforce comprising UAE and expatriates.
- Proven capacity to be flexible and adaptive to situations
