Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Leadership or management qualification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles
- Familiarity with the American curriculum and IB programs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to implement innovative educational strategies
- Valid Academic IELTS completion with at least a 7.5 band score for Non-native English speakers (mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the Boys' School, aligning with the overall mission of the institution
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence, character development, and holistic student growth
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective implementation of the American curriculum and IB programs
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of educators and staff
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Boys' School
