Position Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a  related field. A Ph.D. is preferred. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading successful online education programs 
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing online learning programs or initiatives. 
• Experience in curriculum development, pedagogy, and instructional technology.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 
Develop and execute a strategic vision for Gulf Education's  online learning programs, aligning them with the organization's educational  objectives. 

Program Development: 
Oversee the design, development, and continuous  improvement of online learning programs and courses, ensuring they meet high quality standards and serve the needs of students in developing countries. 

Curriculum Innovation: 
Collaborate with academic experts and instructional designers  to create innovative and engaging online curriculum, incorporating best practices in  online pedagogy. 

Technology Integration: 
Lead the integration of cutting-edge educational  technologies, learning management systems (LMS), and digital resources to enhance  the online learning experience. 

Quality Assurance: 
Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to  monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online learning materials and programs.

Faculty and Staff Development: 
Provide guidance, support, and professional  development opportunities to faculty and staff involved in online teaching and  learning. 

Budget Management: 
Develop and manage the budget for online learning initiatives,  ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation. 

Data Analysis and Assessment: 
Implement data-driven approaches to assess student  outcomes and program effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Accessibility and Inclusivity: 
Ensure that online learning materials and platforms  adhere to accessibility and inclusivity standards, providing equal access to education  for all students. 

Partnerships and Collaborations: 
Identify and foster partnerships with educational  institutions, technology providers, and other organizations to enhance the online  learning ecosystem. 

Compliance: 
Ensure that online learning programs comply with relevant regulations,  accreditation standards, and industry best practices. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 
Collaborate with students, faculty, administrators, and other  stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements to the online learning  experience.
