We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Curriculum Coordinator to join our educational institution in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and development of the curriculum by Cambridge International standards. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of curriculum management, coordination, and improvement.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with academic teams to design, review, and enhance the curriculum based on Cambridge International guidelines.
• Stay updated on educational trends, assessment methodologies, and curriculum frameworks to ensure alignment with Cambridge standards.
• Monitor the implementation of the curriculum across all grade levels, ensuring adherence to Cambridge guidelines and best practices.
• Work closely with teachers to provide support, resources, and guidance for effective curriculum delivery.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of assessment strategies aligned with Cambridge International assessment standards.
• Analyse assessment data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teachers to implement necessary changes.
• Organize and facilitate professional development sessions for teachers to enhance their understanding of the Cambridge Curriculum and improve instructional practices.
• Stay informed about professional development opportunities and resources provided by Cambridge International.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of curriculum materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Cambridge standards.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve any issues related to curriculum quality.
• Foster open communication channels between academic staff, administrators, and parents to ensure a transparent and collaborative approach to curriculum implementation.
• Work closely with the school leadership team to align overall school goals with the Cambridge Curriculum.
• Maintain comprehensive records of curriculum documents, changes, and implementation progress.
• Generate reports on curriculum effectiveness, student performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and professional networks to stay abreast of educational trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Cambridge Curriculum Experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Cambridge Curriculum Experience is a must.
• Certification in Cambridge/British International Education is a must.
• 5-7 years of experience working as a Curriculum Coordinator.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and coordination, preferably within a Cambridge curriculum context.
• Strong understanding of educational assessment practices and standards.
• Bilingual candidates must provide an Academic IELTS exam score result of 7 or 7.5.
