Position: Career Counselor

Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE

Gulf Education is seeking a dedicated Career Counselor to join a team in Ras Al Khaimah. for Immediate Placement. As a Career Counselor, you will provide guidance and support to students and alumni in exploring career pathways and achieving their professional goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual career counseling sessions to assess interests, skills, and goals
• Administer and interpret career assessments to facilitate career exploration
• Provide information on educational and vocational opportunities, including university programs and job markets
• Develop and deliver workshops and presentations on career development topics
• Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in career counseling or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of career development theories and assessment tools
• Familiarity with educational and employment trends in the UAE
