Position: Assistant Head of School

Location: Al Ain, UAE

Gulf Education is seeking an Assistant Head of School to join a team in Al Ain. As a key member of our leadership team, you will support the Head of School in overseeing daily operations and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of school initiatives

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure curriculum alignment and academic excellence

• Support faculty development and performance evaluation processes

• Manage student discipline and behavior management strategies

• Coordinate parent communication and engagement activities

• Oversee logistical and administrative aspects of school operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

• Knowledge of UAE education regulations and British Curriculum preferred
