The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching network technology concepts, including network architecture, routing and switching, network security, and wireless technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students on networking concepts, including IP addressing, routing protocols, network security, and wireless networking.
• Develop and deliver hands-on practical lessons involving network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Teach students how to implement and maintain network systems, including LANs, WANs, and cloud-based networks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in networking technologies and integrate them into lessons.
• Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, and others.
• Assess students through practical projects, tests, and assignments.
• Create a learning environment that encourages problem-solving and critical thinking in networking scenarios.
• Advise students on career paths in network technology and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate network technology principles into cross-curricular projects.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching network technology or a related subject.
• Proficiency in network protocols, routing and switching technologies, and network security.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
