Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Primary FSH-Concept Technician to support the successful delivery of the FSH-Concept (Foundation Stage and Holistic Development) curriculum in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The technician will work closely with the teaching staff to provide technical assistance in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting educational resources and technologies. This role ensures that students have access to well-maintained equipment and hands-on learning tools that enhance their educational experience and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support FSH-Concept Programs: Assist teachers in implementing FSH-Concept lessons by providing technical assistance with educational tools, equipment, and materials.
- Set Up Educational Equipment: Prepare and set up classroom technologies and resources for learning activities, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order before lessons begin.
- Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Identify and resolve technical issues related to classroom tools, learning technologies, and multimedia equipment, ensuring smooth operation during lessons.
- Support Hands-on Learning: Assist with the preparation of hands-on learning materials and activities, supporting both students and teachers in interactive lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor Classroom Technologies: Oversee the operation of educational technologies in the classroom, helping with issues related to digital tools, multimedia, and interactive systems.
- Ensure Safety and Functionality: Ensure that all equipment is used safely by students, maintaining a safe environment in the classroom with respect to technological tools and materials.
- Collaborate with Teachers and Staff: Work closely with teaching staff to integrate educational technology into lesson plans, ensuring the use of effective tools and resources for student engagement and learning.
- Maintain Equipment and Resources: Regularly check and maintain classroom equipment, ensuring all tools and technologies are in good working condition and properly stored after use.
- Assist in Learning Environment Setup: Help create an optimal learning environment by setting up learning stations, activity areas, and materials aligned with the FSH-Concept curriculum.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer ongoing support to teachers when utilizing digital platforms, interactive devices, and educational software in the classroom.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Early Childhood Education, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or educational technology role, ideally within an educational setting.
- Basic understanding of the FSH-Concept or similar early childhood educational frameworks.
- Knowledge of common classroom technologies, learning tools, and educational equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in an educational context.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff to support the delivery of engaging educational content.
