We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary FSH-Concept Teacher to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engaging learning experience based on the FSH-Concept (Foundation Stage and Holistic Development), which focuses on the overall development of young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment, delivering developmentally appropriate lessons, and encouraging students to explore and grow through play and structured learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Deliver FSH-Concept Lessons: Plan and teach lessons that focus on holistic child development, including cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth, using play-based learning and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Create an Inclusive and Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued, engaged, and confident in their learning.
  • Develop Key Skills: Support children in developing essential communication, social, and motor skills, ensuring they are well-equipped to progress to the next stage of their academic journey.
  • Assess Student Progress: Continuously assess student development and adjust teaching methods as needed to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each child. Provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
  • Use Technology in Teaching: Integrate educational technology to enhance student learning experiences and engage children in interactive activities.
  • Promote Positive Behavior and Emotional Growth: Encourage the development of self-regulation, empathy, and social skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement.
  • Collaborate with Parents and Colleagues: Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and needs, and collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Ensure Classroom Safety and Well-being: Implement and adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all students. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Engage in Professional Development: Actively participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to school growth.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in teaching young learners, particularly in early childhood or foundation stage education.
  • Familiarity with the FSH-Concept or similar child development frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and a positive classroom atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools to support teaching and learning.
