The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons based on the FSH-Concept (Foundation Stage and Holistic Development). This role focuses on fostering a creative, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for young learners in the early stages of their educational journey. The teacher will help students develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills while laying a strong foundation for their academic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Deliver FSH-Concept Lessons: Design and implement engaging, student-centered lessons that incorporate the FSH-Concept approach, focusing on holistic child development through exploration, creativity, and structured learning.
- Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and engage with new concepts.
- Develop Cognitive and Emotional Skills: Focus on developing children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through play-based and interactive activities that support critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess student learning and progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to meet the diverse needs of the children. Provide individualized attention and support when needed.
- Promote Communication Skills: Encourage verbal communication, social skills, and collaborative learning, ensuring students develop self-confidence and the ability to express themselves clearly.
- Incorporate Technology in Learning: Use modern tools and educational technologies that are aligned with the FSH-Concept to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Provide Feedback and Support: Offer timely and constructive feedback to students and their families regarding progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to develop and improve curriculum and instructional strategies. Participate in school-wide initiatives and meetings.
- Ensure Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by following health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean classroom environment, and promoting a positive classroom culture.
- Build Strong Relationships with Parents: Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress, achievements, and any concerns.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with an emphasis on early childhood or foundation stage education.
- Familiarity with the FSH-Concept or similar approaches to early childhood development is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices for young learners.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and modern teaching tools.
