Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Training Programs: Develop and teach lessons on electronics, electrical systems, circuits, smart home technologies, and IoT devices. Ensure lessons are engaging and balance both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
• Hands-On Instruction: Supervise practical sessions where students work with electrical components, wiring systems, and smart home technologies, helping them develop essential skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Promote Safety Standards: Instill the importance of electrical safety and industry safety codes in all training activities. Ensure students follow safety procedures during hands-on work with electrical and smart home systems.
• Monitor Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance through assessments, practical exams, and written tests. Provide feedback to guide students in their learning and ensure they meet industry standards.
• Teach Smart Home Technology: Educate students on the integration and use of smart home technology, such as home automation, IoT devices, energy management, and security systems.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Smart Home Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in electronics, electrical systems, or smart home technology, preferably in an educational or training setting.
• Strong understanding of electronics, electrical systems, home automation, and smart home technologies.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other educational technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
