Key Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver engaging lessons on electronics, electrical systems, smart home technologies, and circuits, ensuring a balance between theoretical learning and practical application.
• Hands-On Instruction: Lead practical sessions where students will work with electrical components, wiring systems, and smart home devices, fostering skills such as installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure Safety Standards: Teach electrical safety protocols and ensure that students understand the importance of following industry safety standards during all hands-on activities.
• Assess and Evaluate Students: Conduct practical exams, written assessments, and ongoing evaluations of student progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to guide students in their learning journey.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Smart Home Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electronics, electrical systems, or smart home technology, preferably with prior teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, smart home technology, and industry safety standards.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other educational technology is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
