Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver engaging lessons on electronics, electrical systems, smart home technologies, and circuits, ensuring a balance between theoretical learning and practical application.
- Hands-On Instruction: Lead practical sessions where students will work with electrical components, wiring systems, and smart home devices, fostering skills such as installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure Safety Standards: Teach electrical safety protocols and ensure that students understand the importance of following industry safety standards during all hands-on activities.
- Assess and Evaluate Students: Conduct practical exams, written assessments, and ongoing evaluations of student progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to guide students in their learning journey.
- Incorporate Smart Home Technology: Introduce students to cutting-edge smart home technologies, including home automation systems, IoT devices, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Curriculum Development: Regularly update and refine course materials, lesson plans, and resources to ensure that the curriculum reflects current trends and technological innovations in electronics and smart home technology.
- Collaboration with Industry Experts: Maintain strong links with industry professionals to keep the training curriculum aligned with real-world practices and emerging trends in electronics, electrical systems, and smart home technologies.
- Career Guidance and Support: Provide mentorship and career advice to students, helping them explore job opportunities and internships in the electronics and smart home technology fields.
- Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the tools, electronics, and smart home equipment used in training, ensuring everything is in working order.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Smart Home Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electronics, electrical systems, or smart home technology, preferably with prior teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, smart home technology, and industry safety standards.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other educational technology is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
