Key Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs focused on industrial processes, including manufacturing, production workflows, and safety protocols.
• Hands-On Training: Provide practical, hands-on training in simulated industrial environments, teaching students how to operate equipment and follow industry-standard procedures.
• Collaborate with Industry Experts: Work closely with industry professionals and faculty to ensure that training programs align with the latest trends, technologies, and industry needs.
• Monitor and Assess Trainee Progress: Track the progress of students, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure their success in mastering industrial processes.

• Update Course Materials: Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they meet the current industry standards and reflect any technological advancements in the industrial sector.

• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Address any technical difficulties related to training equipment or machinery, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted training sessions.
• Track Training Outcomes: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial processes, manufacturing, or related training roles.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations, machinery, and safety protocols.
• Experience in designing and delivering hands-on training programs.
• Ability to teach complex industrial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training software is a plus.
