Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical assistance for equipment, software, and systems used in training programs and operations.
• Installation and Setup: Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of technical equipment, ensuring everything is ready for use in training sessions.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance on technical equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Assist Trainers and Students: Provide technical support to instructors and students during training sessions, helping them with the proper use of equipment and technology.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of technical equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and in working condition.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of technical issues, maintenance schedules, and any repairs or updates made to equipment.
• Training and Demonstration: Assist in the training of staff and students on the correct usage and maintenance of equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with instructors, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure that all technical requirements for training programs are met.
• Support Special Projects: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of special technical projects and initiatives within the institution.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or assistant role.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various equipment and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to technical equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools related to the technical field is a plus.
