The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of service-based training programs. Key Responsibilities

• Teach mechanics technology, including principles of machinery, systems, and mechanical design.
• Develop lesson plans and hands-on activities that teach fundamental mechanics skills and foster creativity.
• Organize and supervise practical workshops, ensuring students have access to necessary tools and equipment.
• Enforce and teach safety procedures related to machinery and mechanical work.
• Evaluate students’ technical skills and progress through assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and in working condition.
• Integrate new technologies, tools, and industry practices into the curriculum.
• Work with other educators to ensure the effective integration of mechanics technology into the broader curriculum.
• Advise students on potential career opportunities in mechanics technology and related fields.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics Technology, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in teaching mechanics technology or related subjects.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
