The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in cosmetology, including hair styling, skincare, makeup artistry, and nail care. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, a deep understanding of cosmetology techniques, and the ability to mentor and train students in both theory and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cosmetology training programs, covering hair care, skincare, makeup, nail care, and related beauty services.
• Develop and update training materials to reflect current trends, techniques, and best practices in the beauty industry.
• Conduct practical, hands-on training sessions, ensuring students master professional cosmetology techniques and tools.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Ensure that students are familiar with industry standards for hygiene, safety, and client care.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure the training curriculum is aligned with market needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and tools to incorporate into the training programs.
• Maintain training equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetology, including hands-on practice and teaching.
• Valid cosmetology certification and a strong portfolio of work.
• Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, including the latest trends and techniques.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex techniques clearly.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
