Job Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Process Trainer to join our team at a leading Technical School in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialized training on industrial processes, including manufacturing, production, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on industrial processes, including safety protocols, equipment operation, and production workflows.
• Design and update course materials, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards and practices.
• Conduct practical training sessions in simulated industrial environments, ensuring trainees understand real-world applications.
• Collaborate with industry experts to ensure that training content remains relevant and up-to-date with current industry trends.
• Monitor and assess the progress of trainees, providing feedback and additional support where necessary.
• Provide hands-on instruction on the use of industrial machinery and safety equipment.
• Support the integration of industrial processes into the curriculum, working closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive learning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to training equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance, and feedback.
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of trainers for specialized industrial process courses.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial processes or related training roles.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, machinery, and safety standards.
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Ability to explain complex industrial processes in an accessible and practical manner.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) or training software is a plus.
