Job Overview
We are looking for a Media Technology Trainer to join our team at a leading Technical School in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions related to media technology tools and systems. The role requires the ability to create engaging training materials, develop curriculum content, and ensure that students and staff are proficient in the use of multimedia technologies for educational and professional purposes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs on various media technology tools, including video production, audio engineering, graphic design software, and multimedia equipment.
- Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure they align with the latest industry standards.
- Collaborate with instructors and other departments to integrate media technology into the curriculum and enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions for students, faculty, and staff.
- Assess the progress and performance of trainees, providing feedback and additional support where necessary.
- Keep abreast of new trends and technologies in media and digital content creation, ensuring the curriculum stays current and relevant.
- Provide technical support for media technology equipment, ensuring it is set up, maintained, and functioning correctly.
- Monitor the use of media technology in the classroom, identifying areas for improvement or additional training needs.
- Assist in the development of online learning resources or e-learning tools to support media technology training.
- Maintain records of training attendance, performance, and feedback.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Digital Arts, Multimedia Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media technology, content creation, or multimedia training.
- Proficiency in media production software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), audio and video editing tools, and related media technologies.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Experience in training, teaching, or instructional design is preferred.
