The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all technical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for classroom and workshop equipment, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of hardware and software for staff and students.
• Monitor and maintain the functionality of technical systems, including computers, projectors, and other learning tools.
• Assist instructors with the integration of technology into their courses.
• Ensure that all technical resources, including equipment and software, are fully operational and accessible for staff and students.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of technical equipment and ensure all assets are tracked and well-maintained.
• Provide user support and guidance on software, hardware, and classroom technology.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues quickly to minimize disruption to learning activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve and support technological infrastructure.
• Assist in training staff and students on the use of technical resources and systems.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of technology systems and equipment.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational software.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in a timely manner.
