Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Training Program Coordinator - Design to lead the design training team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing the curriculum implementation, managing instructors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, competency-based training programs that align with UAE National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and National Qualifications Center (NQC) standards. Qualifications Required

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Higher Technical Certificate in a relevant vocational field (e.g., Fashion Design, Jewelry Design, Media & Digital Arts, Interior Design, Cosmetology, or other NQC-recognized disciplines).
• Must hold or be eligible for an NQC-recognized Training and Assessment Qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Teaching & Training or equivalent ATP-approved credentials).
• Adobe Creative Suite Certification, CAD for Design, Gemology, Cosmetology License, AR/VR in Design, or other creative industry certifications.
• Willingness to pursue NQC-certified trainer status under the ATP framework.

Experience Required

Essential:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in design-related industries (Fashion, Media, Jewelry, Interior, Cosmetology, or similar).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in training, curriculum development, or vocational education.
• Strong knowledge of NQC, ATP accreditation, and competency-based training delivery.
• Experience in supervising design instructors and managing training programs.

Preferred:

• Experience working in the GCC region or similar locations.
• Industry certifications in creative disciplines (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, CAD, Gemology, Cosmetology License, Digital Fashion).
• Experience in digital transformation and emerging design technologies (AR/VR, AI in Design, Sustainable Fashion, Smart Beauty, 3D Printing).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design training team and oversee curriculum implementation.
• Develop innovative learning strategies that align with ATP & NQC accreditation standards.
• Ensure effective assessment and certification of students at NQF Level 2 & Level 3.
• Manage quality assurance protocols and maintain compliance with UAE regulatory bodies.
• Build strong industry and government partnerships to enhance student employability.
• Oversee training delivery in design classrooms, practical workshops, and digital spaces.
• Encourage entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving, and portfolio development.
• Serve as a mentor and professional role model for instructors and students.
