Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Program Coordinator - Service to lead the service training team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing curriculum implementation, managing instructors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, competency-based training programs aligned with UAE National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and National Qualifications Center (NQC) standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering innovation in service industry education and building strong industry and academic partnerships to improve student outcomes and employability.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Technical Certificate in a relevant vocational field (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Health & Social Care, or other service-related disciplines).
  • Vocational Training Certification: Must hold or be eligible for an NQC-recognized Training and Assessment Qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Teaching & Training or equivalent ATP-approved credentials).
  • Industry Certifications (Preferred): PMP, ServSafe, HACCP, Digital Marketing, Event Management, or other professional qualifications.
  • Trainer Registration: Willingness to pursue NQC-certified trainer status under the ATP framework.
  • Language: Fluent in business-level English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Experience Required
Essential:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a service-oriented field (Hospitality, Business, Health & Social Care, or related).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in training, curriculum development, or vocational education.
  • Strong knowledge of NQC, ATP accreditation, and competency-based training delivery.
  • Experience in supervising service industry instructors and managing training programs.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in the GCC region or a similar location.
  • Industry certifications in service disciplines (e.g., PMP, ServSafe, Digital Marketing, Event Management).
  • Experience in customer experience strategies, sustainable business models, and digital transformation in service industries.

Job Specifications & Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the service training team, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement innovative training strategies for the service department, ensuring alignment with UAE labor market demands and industry trends.
  • Supervise the development of lesson plans, assessments, and training materials in line with NQC competency-based standards.
  • Monitor instructor performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry leaders, government agencies, and external stakeholders to enhance training relevance and student employability.
  • Ensure quality assurance protocols and compliance with NQC accreditation standards.
  • Oversee training delivery in service classrooms, practical workshops, and industry settings, integrating emerging trends and technologies.
  • Encourage entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving, and career readiness among students.
  • Serve as a mentor and professional role model for instructors and students.
