Curriculum Information

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education.
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching license.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching students with special educational needs in a diverse classroom.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Desired Attributes

• Strong understanding of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges.
• Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and modify classroom activities to suit individual needs.
• Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with parents, staff, and external professionals to support student development.
• Prior experience working within the International Baccalaureate (IB) or a similar curriculum is preferred.
