Job Overview
We are seeking a Management Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the management team at a leading Technology School in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive schedules, handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the management team.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and respond to inquiries when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to management activities.
  • Assist in event coordination and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide support for various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating high-level meetings.
