Job Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our team at a leading Technology School in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the procurement department in acquiring goods and services needed for the smooth running of the school. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing products, materials, and services as needed by various departments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory and procurement activities.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Track the status of orders and resolve any issues or delays in the procurement process.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in budget monitoring and reporting for procurement activities.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and digital tools for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
