Job Overview
We are seeking an FM Administrative professional to join our leading Technology School in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will handle facility management coordination, administrative support, and ensure smooth daily operations of the school's technical training facilities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, working closely with facility teams, vendors, and educators to maintain a high-standard learning environment.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor management for the Technology School.
• Assist in administrative operations, including documentation, scheduling, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed within the school’s facilities.
• Support logistics for technical workshops and training sessions.
• Work closely with educators, technical staff, and external contractors to maintain smooth school operations.
• Maintain inventory records for facility equipment and supplies.
• Handle basic financial and procurement tasks related to facility management.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles, preferably in an educational or technical environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage.
