Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to young learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Assess and document student progress, providing feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the kindergarten curriculum.
• Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers regarding student development.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Experience with the IB curriculum is preferred.
