Responsibilities
• Assist in the daily management and administration of the school.
• Support the school leadership team in implementing policies and procedures.
• Oversee student affairs, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to enhance educational programs.
• Manage communication between students, parents, and school administration.
• Assist in organizing school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
• Ensure adherence to academic and behavioral standards.
• Contribute to staff development and mentoring programs.

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a school leadership or administrative role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Knowledge of the UAE education system and regulations is preferred.
