Curriculum Information
Our school follows an American curriculum integrated with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. Topics include classical mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, optics, and nuclear physics. The Physics Teacher will use inquiry-based teaching and laboratory experiments to allow students to explore and understand the principles behind the phenomena. The goal is to foster critical thinking and a deep understanding of the natural world through scientific experimentation and problem-solving.
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Science Education, or a related field (aligned with SPEA requirements).
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching license.
• At least 5 years of experience teaching Physics at the secondary or high school level in an international or similar curriculum.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of physics concepts and experience in both theoretical teaching and laboratory work.
