Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Grade 3 Teacher to join our prestigious American IB School in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment for Grade 3 students, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. The teacher will deliver lessons based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework, focusing on inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and holistic development.

Curriculum Information
Our school follows an American curriculum integrated with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP). The PYP curriculum emphasizes inquiry-based learning and aims to develop students’ intellectual, social, and emotional skills. As a Grade 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering core subjects such as mathematics, language arts, science, and social studies, while encouraging independence, responsibility, and curiosity in your students.

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching license.
• At least 2-3 years of experience teaching primary-level students, preferably within an IB PYP or similar curriculum.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for Grade 3 students.
• Experience integrating technology into teaching and learning.
