Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Atelierista to join our preschool team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will work closely with the Pedagogy Team to deliver diverse art programs, including visual arts, performing arts, engineering, and science. The role involves fostering children's creativity through engaging, hands-on experiences and creating a stimulating environment for artistic expression. The Atelierista will also be responsible for managing the Atelier and supporting teachers in incorporating the arts into the curriculum.

Curriculum Information:
Our preschool embraces an inquiry-based learning approach, with a strong emphasis on fostering creativity, problem-solving, and expression. The role of the Atelierista is vital to enriching our curriculum, providing children with the tools and experiences they need to explore their creativity in multiple forms, guided by the principles of Reggio Emilia.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a Diploma in Arts, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts with an Early Childhood Teaching Certificate.
- Between 2-5 years of relevant experience in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool environment.
- Proven experience in teaching art-related subjects such as visual arts and/or performing arts.
- Strong knowledge of or willingness to learn about inquiry-based learning.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
