Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Admin and Procurement Officer to join our team at an esteemed Cambridge Curriculum School in Abu Dhabi. The Admin and Procurement Officer is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and managing the procurement of goods and services necessary for the smooth functioning of the school. This role ensures efficient administrative support and cost-effective purchasing while adhering to the school’s policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Oversee the school’s inventory of office and classroom supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events for staff and students.
Procurement Duties:
- Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with vendors, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Procure teaching aids, school supplies, furniture, and equipment required for operations.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, orders, and invoice approvals.
- Monitor the delivery of goods and services to ensure compliance with agreements.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to school policies, procurement guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on procurement activities, expenses, and supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, purchases, and supplier evaluations.

Qualifications Required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration and/or procurement, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
