Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Storekeeper to join our prestigious Cambridge School in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will manage the school’s inventory, procurement, and storage processes, ensuring that all resources and supplies are efficiently handled to support the daily operations of the school.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receiving, issuing, and tracking school supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Organize and manage the storage of items to ensure easy accessibility and proper stock rotation.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating with vendors to meet school requirements.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and to identify and address discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all stored items.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inventory and procurement reports to the school administration.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill their supply needs promptly and efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and school staff.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
