Job Description
The Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by providing administrative support, managing office resources, and overseeing daily operational activities. This role involves coordination, communication, and organizational tasks to maintain efficiency and productivity within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and other support staff to ensure a well-maintained workspace.

Administrative Support:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between departments, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

Policy and Procedure Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in administrative tasks.
- Assist in developing and updating administrative policies as required.
- Support the implementation of health and safety measures in the workplace.

Financial and Budgetary Support:
- Assist in preparing and monitoring office budgets.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial records for the department.

Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, contracts, and inventory.
- Prepare reports on administrative operations for management review.

Event and Travel Management:
- Organize company events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and guests.

Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently.
- Recommend improvements to administrative processes and workflows.
