The English Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and effective lessons to students. The role focuses on fostering a love for the English language, improving students' communication skills, and enhancing their critical thinking and creativity through literature and language studies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lesson Planning and Delivery:

   • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
   • Use diverse instructional techniques to cater to various learning styles and abilities.
   • Incorporate technology, interactive activities, and real-world applications to enhance learning.

2. Student Engagement and Management:

   • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.
   • Monitor and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
   • Provide individual support and guidance to students as needed.

3. Assessment and Reporting:

   • Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (required).
• Teaching certification or license (preferred).
• Proven experience as an English teacher or in a similar teaching role.
• IELTS 7.5
